Cleaning Solvent CP1131949

Drumbeaters CP1131949 is a high-performance, non-flammable cleaning solvent specifically formulated for use with our Drum Washer Systems. Designed to deliver powerful degreasing action, it can be diluted at a 1:9 ratio with water for optimal cost efficiency and effectiveness. When heated to 180°F (82°C), CP1131949 aggressively removes oil, grease, and dirt from both the interior and exterior surfaces of drums and containers.

This solvent not only enhances the cleaning process but also supports a more sustainable operation. After each wash cycle, the used solution can be decanted—allowing sediment and residue to settle at the bottom for disposal, while hydrocarbons and oils float to the top for separation. This enables reuse of the cleaning solvent multiple times, with only a minimal solvent loss of approximately 5% per cycle. Since it's diluted with water, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are not a concern, making it an environmentally conscious choice for industrial cleaning applications.
