The wash/rinse wand travels down
through the container as the wash/rinse water or chemical is sprayed
inside of the container. The wash/rinse wand punctures the bottom of
the container so that the wash and rinse fluids drain into a
collection chamber at the bottom of the equipment.
The fluids then
drain from the fluid collection chamber by gravity or by use of a
pump. The wash/rinse wand travels up and down through the container
as many times as the user determines is necessary to achieve the
desired results.
A second spray wand can be provided to spray
nitrogen into the container if there are explosion proof
requirements to be met.
After washing and rinsing the container, the
container is then crushed.
