This system cuts in 48 seconds two(02) 55 US gallon plastic drums into 6 pieces that can then be placed into a granulator to produce “regrind” plastic. The plastic granulator is not included in this proposal. The components and system are described as follows:
A. There are two (2) band saws (one saw at each end of the drum to cut off the top and bottom of the drum) and four (4) router saws to cut the drum tube into four (4) pieces. The Drum Saw System is powered with six (6) electrically operated motors. System is skid mounted.
B. The system is operated by a programmed PLC manufactured by Omron
C. Electrical requirements: 220 or 440 Volt. 50 or 60 hz. 3 Phase. Customer to advise which voltage and hertz is required at the time of placing order.
Manually operated Plastic Drum Saw System 7.5 Hp Weg motor. This system cuts 55 US gallon plastic drums into 2 pieces that can then be placed into a granulator to produce “regrind” plastic.
Electrical requirements: 220/440 Volt. 60 hz. 3 Phase
