This system is capable of washing the interior of four (4) drums sized up to 55 gallons (208.14 l) simultaneously or individually. 

The wash basin has four drum washing stations that are connected by a manifold to a 1,000 gallon (3784.3 l) recirculation system. Each wash station have a station control box containing a start and stop button and an emergency stop button. This system uses high speed rotary nozzles. Washing the drums with the high speed rotary nozzles will deliver wash fluid to 100% of the interior of the drums or containers. 

Each drum station is protected by a safety system to prevent the operator from activating a station when a drum or drums are removed prior to the wash cycle being finished.
