Non Explosion Proof Equipment Options:
Option A:	Two (02) Immersion Heaters for the recirculation system with electrical system at 480 V, 3 phase 60 hertz. 20,000 Watts (10,000 Watts each). Note: If heat is required, it is recommended that the entire system be operated at 480 volt to reduce the amount of amps used. Other voltages and hertz are available on upon request. This option includes tank insulation
Option B:	Oil Recovery Skimmer System for the recirculation system. Ex Works Elburn, IL (The Oil Skimmer System will eliminate the need to remove the accumulated oils and grease that will be on the top of the cleaning solution)
Option C:	Auto Flocculation for dispensing powder flock
Option D:	Complete caustic and acid plumbing package. This plumbing package is required when cleaning drums with any caustic and/or acid wash solutions.
Option E:	High Impact Nozzle. 316 stainless steel. Flow range is 3 to 6 gpm (11 to 23 lpm). This is a fluid driven wash nozzle that will cover 100% of the interior of the drum surface.
Option F:	Floculation and Mixing System. This option includes a 1 hp motor with a freguency drive, 10” aluminum mixer, 304 Stainless Steel Media Basket and 15 Cubic Feet of Filter Media

 

Explosion Proof Options:
Option A:		Air Purge Explosion Resistant Nema 4. This option is used instead of explosion proof enclosure rated for Nema 7/9. The air purge explosion resistant enclosure is an enclosure pressurized and purged that operates on a supply of compressed instrument air or inert gas. The enclosure pressure is monitored and regulated to prevent flammable gas or vapor accumulation or combustible dust accumulation. All other electrical components are rated for Class I Div I Groups C&D.
Option B:		Explosion Proof System Class I Div I Group C&D. The motor starter/disconnect box is a cast aluminum corrosion resistant Nema 7/9 enclosure with Nema 4 seals. The motor, float switches, sensors, push buttons and valves would all be rated for this classification.
Option C:		Two (02) Immersion Heaters for the recirculation tank with electrical system at 480 V, 3 phase 60 hertz. 20,000 Watts (10,000 Watts each).
