cryogenics, you can clean previously hard to handle

How the Cryo-Cleaner®
System works:
The cryogenic cleaning process is simple. Freezing the
container and its residues down to temperatures between
-200 and -300F will embrittle the residues for easy
removal.
At these low
temperatures the container will contract and the residue
in the container will expand. When this occurs, the bond
between them is broken and the frozen material can be
easily removed from the container.
Once the
pail or drum is removed from the freezing chamber, a
fast tap or two with a rubber mallet on the container's
sides and bottom or vibration with the SRR 45 Vibratory
System will completely remove most residues from the
container's interior.
Besides just cleaning containers, the Cryo-Cleaner®
process allows you to smash/crush plastic containers
once they are frozen. The small pieces can then be
recycled or placed into landfills. In some cases, the
recycling of the plastic pieces may even provide a
source of income.
The
SRR45 Vibratory System
Is used in conjunction with Drumbeaters of
America Inc.’s Cryo-Cleaner® Chambers and
Cryo-Cleaner® Tunnel.
After a container with
residues is frozen, residues can either be
removed by impacting the sides and bottom of the
container with a rubber mallet or by placing the
frozen container upside down in the SRR45
Vibratory System.
The strong vibratory action of
the SRR45 causes the frozen residues to fall out
of the container and into a residue collection
drawer at the base of the SRR45.
